Instructions for Filing an Application for Employment

  1. Applications may be picked up at any FKMCD Locations or downloaded from this website. Get your online application.  (Please notify HR if you are unable to download the application or if you need it in a different format).
  2. To be considered for any position an application must be completed, signed and submitted by the deadline
  3. You may submit a resume as a supplement to your application but not instead of an application.
  4.  Applications can be submitted to HR@keysmosquito.org, dropped off at any FKMCD location or mailed to FKMCD 18 Aquamarine Drive, Key West, FL 33040, Attention HR.
